Week 1
Background Research
Project Managers lead the project team to complete initial background research. Clients will have regular meetings with the project team.
Week 4-6
Project teams conduct site visits, reach out to stakeholders, design surveys, and collect data to conduct in-depth analysis.
Week 11-12
Project Onboarding
Clients meet with Project Managers and Senior Consultants to discuss the project scope, expectations, and deliverables.
Week 2-3
Midterm Deliverables
Project teams present their research and strategies to the board and to the clients.
Week 7-10
Final Deliverables and Conclusion
Project teams present their final recommendations to clients.
