GEC welcomes Georgetown undergraduate students from all years and all fields of study to apply! Freshmen in their first semester must attend the open membership program before applying for applied membership. The applied membership application will close on January 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Any undergraduate student at Georgetown is welcome to apply!

2. What is the difference between the applied membership and the open membership program?

Open members participate in introductory training to develop skills and knowledge in consulting and sustainability. Applied members receive advanced training focused on crafting deliverables and building client relationships. Additionally, applied members have greater flexibility in project team placement.

3. What does GEC look for in applicants?

GEC does not require applicants to have prior experiences in consulting. In general, we look for students who are passionate about the environment and ESG strategies!
